I agree with you on the variety of “healthy” food these days. People try to go to the extremes with “healthy” and because of that the food ends up being suckish. I like my spaghetti and my cheese and I will eat it.
Yeah very much it indeed
All about that balance girl ❤️
finally a youtuber showing how to EAT and not how to starve…
@Robespierrey Forreal, i ate more before I was preggo and still stayed between a size two and four? Shes not eating more than 1200 calories a day.
What she eats in a day I eat for lunch, but okay.
So… Finally, this beautiful angel shows us to eat healthy foods. Nowadays lots of youtuber show us to eat only one banana and protein shake in their what ı eat in a day videos. So teenager watch these videos and they think that this is healthy eating habit. But this angel inspires to everyone. She deserves more views
Love You Valeria ❤❤

I’m vegan but I really like to watch your food diaries. It’s refreshing seeing someone just eating a bit of everything:) It’s a great way to go about food!love from switzerland & thanks for your work!×××
“Artworks out of mango” lool you crack me up but it’s too true! Btw I always start my day with water or lemon water too. My mum makes avocado on bread too!I’ve never had the two together though! (Black pepper with avocado is amazing btw) omg we eat that seaweed too! ?
This was such a realistic and actually helpful video! So many “what I eat in a day” videos are so complicated and even for people that don’t live a busy lifestyle and want to be healthy, this is super helpful! ?
Planning ahead and freezing healthy foods is the only way I can realistically stay on track!
when i started watching valeria couple months ago i thought she was 16 and i thought her kids where her brothers. i was SHOOCK when i found out she has a husband
Omg same!
Valeria, you inspired me to study nutrition. It’s such an amazing field, and I’m only getting started! I am really loving the probiotic world, but with a lower income (because I prefer to work from home, and I don’t want to work in a corporative world just yet, and I’m building my business, etc), I can’t usually afford probiotic pills (plus, I prefer to get nutrients from more natural, fresh sources than pills) which is why I am absolutely blessed to have water kefir grains as a gift from my mom! I am absolutely loving the kefir, I do a second fermentation with fruits so it basically turns into a delicious soda. As someone who gets bored with plain water easily, it’s awesome to have delicious, nutritious “soda” on hand every day. It can be sweet or not at all depending on how long you leave it to ferment (in these hot tropical days, it can be as low as one day or less and all the sugar is gone). I also love love fermented foods, like kimchee and sauerkraut, which I am still learning to make, and I am also swapping store bought bread for homemade sourdough bread. I usually make bread at home, but sourdough bread is so much easier to digest!
A diet full of veggies is the best way to go. I’m a creature of carbs, I just love bread and pasta and noodles, and I feel my days aren’t complete without something of that kind. I eat very little animal foots, and I try to get more fish and seafood, then sometimes chicken, and like a few times a year I will have some bigger animal meats (beef, pork) at a family gathering. Organic algae are one of my favorite things ever. I love Asian food (the real stuff, not the things loaded with fats and sugars you can get from a takeout), and learning about how they actually cook (and used to cook years ago) is also really helpful in learning new ways to mix foods and prepare things we’re not necessarily used to.
I would love to recommend that you try out some fermented food recipes. They are really (really) easy to make, you just put three things in a glass container, set an alarm for 3 days, and forget about it. that’s it. Fermented foods are so rich in probiotics… Water kefir has basically made my husband be able to eat, when about a month ago so many foods would cause stomach upset. He used to be angry and tired after eating anything, now he can eat as much as he likes without getting lethargic or being in any pain. And for me, it has helped with regulating everything, and a glass of water kefir can easily replace that morning coffee for me which was causing so many bad things (from sweating to difficulty concentrating to lots of stomach issues). It just makes life better.
Anyway, I could keep talking because food is like.. literally what keeps me alive… but what I want to say is THANK YOU for being such a great person, for sharing your life, your tips, and your experiences. You have inspired me so much, as well as so many other people, to live amazing lives. Really, thank you <3 I really with you a happy and healthy pregnancy!
omg…I just ate a small pizza…every bit of it. And you know what? “I deserved it” !!! Thanks Valeria!! xoxoxo
Great vegan meals! Would love to see more of them in the future. Lots of love! <3
I really love this type of videos because it shows that you don’t need to starve to be skinny. Just because I’m skinny some people assume that I starve myself when I even eat more than they do! So thank you as always for the great guide 🙂
every time you say valeia you deserve it i feel like youre saying that to me <3 love everything you do
Good luck with your pregnancy! You re doing so great! Greetings from Romania! :*
I love the way to talk your accent and explaining things ? such a calm voice
Thank you! Whenever I feel hopeless with the healthy living and loving myself thing your videos really make me think I can do it and have fun with it.
It’s inspiring and happy-happy!
Your videos are so uplifting and I love your voice ! So great to watch between tutorials at university ?
Thank you for this great video! I learnt canola oil is also a good kind of fat: I tested an organic canola oil on your avocado morning recipe and it was really tasty (if ever you want to give it a try)! Keep us inspired Xx A French viewer
I really like your way to approach it all when it comes to dietary recommendations and eating habits! I follow a plant based diet/ vegan diet myself but I think your advices are really good. Some people need to incorporate more of some foods on their journey while others doesn’t. I also like how you are highlighting that it isn’t necessarily to strive for perfection in relation to diet.
