    Eat local. Eat seasonal. Eat homemade food. That’s it. She has nothing new to say. In each and every video of hers she painstakingly explains the same funda in different ways.
    The mantra she has given is amazing, but the same thing in every video becomes quite boring.

    Where was any advice on what to eat, what not to eat? In every video her rhetoric is the same: eat local and what your grandmother ate. Unfortunately depending on activity level and genetics you have to adjust accordingly and eating what elders ate is not always correct. Pregnant woman need a lot of folic acid, iron and in the form of fresh foods, lots of vegetables. Where is the actual advice???

    Hi mam I am a physician , age 37 having one daughter 5yr old. I was taking watermelon and bottle guard juice daily empty stomach now could I take it or I hav to stop it . Is it good or bad for my pregnancy
