    This nice lady literally saved my whole body today…. I am 37 weeks pregnant and I have a one year old and I’m 29 years old this is my second time ever being pregnant in life but I’ve suffered from back pain since I was 15 years old I have never had any pain relief ever in life but today I came across this video and got down on my daughter’s abc mat and I did these stretches and kept my posture up like she said and I feel so much better I could literally cry right now I feel at ease and calmed and all the tension and pressure that was in my shoulders are gonna and my legs feel so much better I can’t even explain it I feel so good and I can literally say SHE SAVED MY BODY and I love her lol ? I’m so grateful for this video you just never know how you can help someone on their life and she totally changed mine today THANK YOU

    I’m 22 weeks and my insomnia is crazy right now. I wake up on average every 1-2 hours during the night whether it’s for bathroom trips or just trying to get comfortable. I followed this video last night and slept all throughout the night. I woke up only one time for the bathroom and that was at around 5 am. I recommend this video to anyone and everyone watching. Thank you so much! It was easy to follow along yet very effective.
