    Avoid cheese,,mayonaise,,mozorellaaa ..hav plenty of fruits like apple, kiwi,etc n add carrots beetroot in ur diet…avoid walking much during 1trimester i.e,frst 12weeks…rest n always b positive which helps in growth+ development of ur baby…may allah bless all the pregnent ladies to hav healthy. baby.ameen
