8 – breakfast (avoid too much spicy food)
11 to 11.30- fruits( avoid water fruits) and nuts,rice boiled water and tender coconut
12.30 to 1.30- one egg,vegetarians eat lot of vegetables and eat rice
Eve – 6.30 sundal
8 to 8.30 pm- dinner
Night walking
Before bed milk
Fruits nuts night snack

Lunch should have been explained in detail bcz many women not taking balanced food,that is main complaint from doctors
On common practice we family people and neighbours,relatives,friends will dump more snacks and just we try to fullfill that pregnant woman’s taste bud that’s all.
Importantly all pregnant women should consume Beetroot without fail bcz it helps to build strong backbone of the child from the beginning,so many brain and bone related problems can be easily avoided effortlessly
Normal pregnant women has to do small domestic work,drink plenty of water,enough good sleep,keep themself cheerful
Above all walking also must
