Every pregnancy is different my first pregnancy was awful I couldn’t eat anything I was hospitalized 3 times for dehydration but with my last pregnancy i felt great I was fine didn’t even feel pregnant till the end when I went into labor lol

Lots of people don’t have bad symptoms. My mom felt so good in her first trimester that she was worried she would miscarry. She thought maybe she didn’t have enough pregnancy hormones in her system to develope a baby properly. The only thing she suffered from was constipation in the 3rd trimester. She’s also never had cramps or other common period symptoms.

I wasn’t able to breastfeed so here are some tips I learned that would of helped when I was trying to breast feed. Keep HYDRATED body armor drinks and coconut water and they make tea that helps produce milk that I heard works WONDERFULLY. Also eat lots of oatmeal, you can put oats in shakes and that helps as well. Eat very healthy which I’m sure do you already lol.

The biggest thing is water!! A normal person should be drinking half of thier body weight in ounces of water, a breastfeeding momma should be drinking atleast 75% of her body weight in ounces of water. I had to exclusively pump for 9 months, i know most of the tricks. Also dark beer helps milk supply SO much. Anything with malt.

The tea works MIRACLES for me. I actually as first started drinking it when I was pregnant and if you like the taste of black licorice or Yeager you will like it bug I suggest sweeten it with honey and add milk and then it was chefs kiss lol even though my youngest son is 5 now and I haven’t breastfed in a LONG time I will find myself wanting to drink it cause I actually miss the flavor now HAHA

I was not able to breast feed with my first… (She also had to stay in the NICU for 2 weeks so that didn’t help)But breast fed my second for 8 months… There were a LOT of things I wished I had known, the first time around and I also “mentally” prepared myself a ton, to breastfeed, with my second!!!!

My mom fully endorses eating Raisin Bran when you’re pregnant to alleviate constipation. Can’t personally cosign, but she always comments on it when we see it at the store/ when I buy it.
